Top 5 FaceBook Poker Tips

Check out our Top 5 FaceBook Poker Tips

(NOTE) FaceBook Poker is a free to play game and does not involve gambling with money.

1) Try Not To Play Too Many Hands / When In Doubt, Just Fold

Probably the number one mistake of beginning and even intermediate FaceBook poker players is that they don’t stick with the best starting hands. Playing more doesn’t mean winning more, it usually means losing more chips. If you find you’re staying in half or more the hands you’re dealt, you need to tighten your starting hand requirements.

2) Don’t Bluff Just For The Sake Of It

Beginners often think that they they have to bluff to be a winner in poker. Many new players even don’t feel like they’ve won unless they’ve tried a poker bluff. The real art of knowing when to bluff comes from lots of practice and experience so if you are just starting playing poker, you should not try to bluff “just to bluff” and only play your best hands.

3) Play Against Weak Players

It might seem like an obvious tip, but I often see players that don’t care and then complain when they lose all their chips to poker sharks. If you play better than your opponents, you will ultimately be a winning player.  So try to play against weaker players that you know you can beat.

4) Pay Attention To Position

Position is incredibly important when playing FaceBook poker. The top position you can have is when you are last to act in the hand. This will help you tell what hand your opponents might have before making your move. Keep in mind that if you have position on your opponents, you can outperform them even if you have a weak hand.

5) Don’t Spend Too Much On Draws

You will regularly hold an incomplete hand that needs just one more card to make a flush or a straight. You must keep in mind that if your opponent bets heavily, then it’s not wise to go after the draws. But if there’s only a small amount of betting on the table then it might be clever to call and try to complete the hand.

Caribbean Stud Poker Tip Sheet – Part Two

In part one of the Caribbean Stud Poker Tip Sheet, I went over the all-important odds chart and gave you some insight into what to expect when you’re playing Caribbean Stud Poker. Next, let’s go over four fast tips to help you maximize your fun and potential profit when playing Caribbean Stud Poker.

Caribbean Stud Poker Tip One – Staying In

This one is pretty easy. If you are dealt two pairs or better, add to your wager and stay in the hand. The premise is simple. The dealer will only have a hand better than two pair once per 47 hands in theory. The probability of you winning is on your side.

I’d also expand this and say that with one pair you should strongly consider staying in the hand. The probability of getting two pair is 1:21 and if you win you’re being paid 1:1, so the value is in your favor. The dealer will fail to qualify very often and that’s what you want when you have one pair.

Caribbean Stud Poker Tip Two – Play that progressive

Some call it a sucker’s bet, but let’s be honest. Why are you playing this game? To have fun and win money!

If you get a straight, flush, full house, straight flush or royal flush and the dealer doesn’t quality-again, it happens a lot-you get paid nothing. I don’t know about you, but if I’m dealt a four of a kind and the dealer doesn’t qualify, I’ll look pretty stupid for not betting that $1.

And if you’re a money management and fiscal conservative, go play Craps or nothing at all.

Caribbean Stud Poker Tip Three – Nothing equals fold

Again, a super simple tip to live by. If you have nothing in your hand, fold. Why? Well, think about it. The only way you win is if the dealer doesn’t qualify and that might happen say 30% of the time. If that were the case, you’d have a 70% chance to lose and you’ll only be paid even money on your Ante wager. Your Bet wager gets nothing, but it can lose if you stay in.

Think about it again if you think I’m wrong. You’re wagering two times the amount to win half. For instance, you’re wagering $10 with nothing to win a maximum of $5 and you have a high probability of losing on top of all that. It’s a really stupid move.

Caribbean Stud Poker Tip Four – Play it cool

Caribbean Stud Poker is a great game, but it’s not the best game in the house. Have a blast, but never press up your bets thinking that you’re “due” to win.

Take it easy, have fun, remember these tips and win some money.

Build a Poker Bankroll | Poker Deposit Codes

It has never been so easy to build a poker bankroll. Many new players to online poker are very eager to get online and play in the top online poker rooms. Many new poker players are not aware of the numerous poker deposit bonuses that most of the poker rooms offer just by using poker deposit codes.

So where do you find poker deposit codes?

Many sites offer poker deposit codes in their reviews of top online poker rooms. By using the bonus code you can receive larger bonuses than what the actual poker site offers people who don’t use the codes. To visit a site that provides reviews and top online poker deposit codes click here!

Now let me talk about how to build a poker bankroll!

I remember the day I first started playing poker online and realized the potential to make some serious cash if I was patient enough. I remember reading a book about how to manage your poker bankroll online and it gave me some serious ideas. I ended up signing up to almost every poker site in order to minimize the amount of cash I was investing and maximize the amount of my online poker bankroll.

For example, almost all of the top online poker rooms today offer some type of incentive for new players to join. The reason behind this is because of the ridiculous amount of money these sites are actually making.

It is very simple, the more players they have playing for real money their profits increase exponentially. Therefore it is much easier today to build a poker bankroll, just by having the ease of access to the game.

So depending on the amount of money you wish to invest you can actually double your first time deposit on several of the Top Online Poker Rooms!. This was the reason why I signed up to several different sites.

You see most poker sites offer poker deposit codes and if you use these codes you will receive a bonus on a certain amount of money. So if you plan to invest more whether in the short term or long term it is wise to sign up to more than one site.

For example, if you happen to bust out on one site and have already claimed the bonus, why re-invest into that site when there are thousands of other places to claim a poker deposit bonus?

Instead of investing $1000 on one site I ended up splitting it up between different sites and taking advantage of all the bonus offers. My patience and experience in poker allowed me to build a poker bankroll that I never imagined was possible!

By signing up to several top online poker rooms, and using the poker deopsit codes I found, I am now able to have variety in my online poker experience and this reduces my chances of going on serious online poker tilt! For anyone who knows about online poker, sometimes there can be some serious bad beats that really make you want to throw the laptop in front of a moving bus.

So, by having different sites to go to, if I find one site to be on a bad streak for the day I can shut it down for the day move to a different site and reduce my chance of going on super tilt.

Over the year’s I have played on several poker sites, which has given me the opportunity to understand which ones I can trust and which ones I feel are lagging behind. In today’s market of online poker rooms the competition is fierce and new and old players alike can take advantage of this. So remember, don’t just sign up to one site and invest all of your money into them. By doing this you are bound for failure.

If you plan to play poker online for money, invest in a variety of sites, and take advantage of their initial poker deposit codes, and you will most certainly build a poker bankroll larger than you imagined!
